Sugar Land is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sugar Land follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I recently had the opportunity to visit and was impressed by how welcoming and wellmaintained everything was. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to Sharonda, the Business Office Manager, who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful during my visit. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made a lasting impression. I visit many senior living and healthcare facilities throughout the Houston area, and it's always refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for residents, families, and visitors. Thank you for the warm welcome

This facility was incredibly disappointing. The only positive part of my loved oneβs stay was their interaction with therapy. The therapists were very caring and brought a bright part to the day. The food is not catered to your loved oneβs dietary needs - especially those with diabetes. The nurses are hit and miss, and like many others said act like they are being forced to come and help those on their shifts. Most sitting around watching videos while your loved one is clicking a button for assistance. We even experienced a worker toss water on the bathroom floor 2 days in a row because they were too lazy to place it in the sink or trash. Thankfully, that matter was addressed promptly after speaking with the appropriate people. Aside from that, nurses are quick to say your loved one is βrefusingβ things, such as basic hygiene. Had I not been there daily, asking for my loved one to get bathed, it likely would have continued. 5 days and 3 prompt calls later, this was addressed - but should not have gone on that long. If you place your loved one in the facility I highly encourage you to ensure and follow up that they are receiving proper care. Do not just assume they are being taken c

Well, it's not about visiting this facility, it's what I experience at an appointment my wife had at Eye center of Texas which is an awesome facility. The reason for the one star for Sugarland health care is for one of their patients I met at the eye doctor. When my wife and I first walked in I noticed a very older gentleman in a wheelchair just sitting there almost seemed asleep. As I was waiting for my wife to complete her visit the elderly man was trying to move his wheelchair slowly grabbing the chairs to move around, he eventually made it my way so I got up to help him roll on over by me, turns out he could not hear or speak. When I rolled him over to where I think he wanted to be I gave him a thumbs up and he nodded his head as if giving me the ok. Well as the minutes went by I could tell he was becoming restless. So I ask the staff who is he with they advise that a driver was coming from the care facility to pick him up. I asked do you know if someone is supposed to be here with him? They said most patients from care family normally have someone wait. But didn't know why they left him alone. I said he not alone anymore, but they needed to call the facility to pick him up and

We had such a great experience with the staff at Sugar Land Health Care Center. The Administrator made sure that my Grandpa was taken care of no matter the time or day. He started to get better during his stay that his insurance stated that he no longer needed to be in the facility and discharged him to go back home. She answered all of my questions, helped me through the process, and followed up to make sure we were being taken care of even after he was discharged. The Administrator truly showed that she was very loving, caring and compassionate for all the patients in the facility. She truly exemplifies the facility's core values and exceptional customer service. Thank you and your staff for all you have done during his stay and after his care!

I had a really positive experience at this healthcare center while helping my family make care decisions for my uncle. Visiting a skilled nursing facility can be stressful, but the staff here made the process much easier and more comforting. I had the chance to speak with the Administrator-in-Training, Mays Karzone, and she was truly wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her warmth and understanding genuinely helped calm my nerves during a difficult moment for our family. You can tell Mays Karzone truly cares about the residents and their families, and that made a big difference for us. Overall, this facility left a great impression, and Iβm grateful for the compassion and support we received.
